We want you to be happy with every online order! Exchange your item in its unworn, unaltered & unwashed condition within 14 days of the original purchase date. We do not give refunds, no exceptions. All claims on damaged merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE/MARKDOWN/CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE.
Incorrect Items
If you have received the wrong item, please notify us immediately by e-mailing [email protected], calling or texting 310-912-0708. We will ship the correct item if available and issue a credit for the return shipping.
To exchange your item, please provide a copy of your purchase order or complete the form included with your order and mail your box with a tracking number. Email [email protected] for the address.
Once your return is received and processed within 3 business days, we will email you with your store credit voucher to be used as a “coupon code” at checkout for future orders. We do not “HOLD” merchandise pending returns.
How long before I receive my order?
In-Stock items will be received in 2-5 Business days.
